At Mech-Elec Building Services we strive to achieve a zero-harm culture within our business. Health and Safety is built from the foundation within our company to help deliver all projects undertaken, starting from the design stage right through to the completion.

Our zero-harm culture starts at the design stage, where we like to understand the requirements of our clients. We are able to implement strategies relating to this approach such as off-site fabrication in a controlled environment.

Our health and safety infrastructure continues onsite with our business processes implemented across the board, which include regular H&S audits, point-of-work daily allocation briefings and operative daily equipment safety check sheets to summarise just a few. This ensures all our delivery team understands our process and is involved in our zero-harm policy on a daily basis.

We are committed as a business to providing ongoing training and qualifications through approved and reconised governing bodies such as CITB, CSCS, IPAF. This helps to ensure competency throughout the company.
